Fuelled by a deep love for architecture and a profound desire to create the quintessential beach getaway, in 1990 John and Val Barker began a journey that would ultimately develop three uniquely magnificent villas and give rise to the esteemed luxury villa company, Little Harbour Estates.

Over the course of three decades, their devotion and zest for Anguilla led them to meticulously design and construct these remarkable properties. The dedication and commitment that drove their endeavour continues to permeate every aspect of Little Harbour Estates, shaping the way the esteemed team interacts with its cherished clients.

Little Harbour Estates is a well-established family-owned business headquartered in the United Kingdom. With three generations of family members working together, we are dedicated to providing a truly personal and genuine experience for our customers.

The company was founded by John and Val Barker, who remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations of all three properties. Alongside them, daughter Danielle Barker as Managing Director, and granddaughter Madeleine are committed to upholding the family legacy and ensuring exceptional service for our guests.
